MP3 which Woche – Its Fang

With Sindri Sigfússon Mar I still times today just in Iceland. The singer of the band Seabear (which has published a tender, almost fragile-looking plate with "We Built A Fire" last year) has Sin Fang (formerly Sin Fang Bous) another project going. Maybe the other band members simply too much into music, talking him for Seabear has also started as a solo project by Sigfússon, now the band has grown considerably. Or his ideas simply don't fit the sound of the band. Who knows. In any case Sin Fang appears early March the new album "Summer Echoes" under the name. More information there at Morr Music. As small appetite Stimulator here song number six.

MP3 of the week - Campfire OK

I already had this song of the folk band from Seattle a few weeks ago in an Mixahula issue, but somehow is the song I hang to have stayed and therefore too well to rotting in a mix. Way, the banjo is used like this, what has more refined pop as of folk. Remember at least with this song of the Meligrove Band.

Campfire OK-"strange like we are"

Video: Erland & The Carnival – “Map Of An Englishman”

Erland and the Carnival Nock behind nobody short of multi-instrumentalist Simon Tong alongside singer and guitarist Gawain Erland Cooper and drummer David. Right, that is the man who already verve, at the blur and the good, the bad and the Queen was involved. Who suggested now but musically related, which may be disappointed. Erland and the Carnival had specialized far dress English and Scottish folk songs in a contemporary, inspired heavily by the sixties style. If this is still the case on the upcoming album "Nightingale", I cannot judge so far. The album will be released early March and this single is already looking for more.

With so many standard shows that we want to create a performance that blocks in memory as an unforgettable moment in our lives. We want people leave thinking ' what the hell are then?' News: Pianos become the album talk teeth

Pianos Become The TeethNow is a good news: land of Pianos become the teeth in United Kingdom in April for its first tour on these shores, and already have their second Studio album by then.

'Old pride' (Topshelf Records) was one of our favorite albums of last year, and Baltimore hardcore peat already have been working hard in its follow-up.

Leader Kyle durfey said Rock Sound: "our goal is to record in March, what the album is not for the moment are in United Kingdom, but you can play two or three new".

"All have a lot of things that we want to say with this record, and all have gone through much this year." It has been really rough for many of us, but the theme is people that leave their lives, either passing away or separate growth and going their separate ways. You touch on different subjects, but leaving the people is the basic theme. My father passed away in April and I don't want to register to become saturated with what is happening with me, but it is the reason why I write letters to get what I am out of there, so there will be songs about how losing my father has affected my outlook on life and other people that you used to be close para… "

"Proudly' old' I wrote the lyrics, but with our new record I have eight or nine pieces already made". Even not was writing with the idea that should be a record that was only doing to write because I wanted to get my thoughts. Our new record will be much simpler, and sometimes I am concerned I write too, but at the same time I have nothing to hide. "I am in a band for what can interact with the people".

For more information about Pianos become the teeth, see next month's Rock Sound - onsale 02 March Edition.

Remove them with suis La lune on the following dates:

CANTERBURY Chantry Social Club (12)

Reviews: Thomas Giles - press

Thomas Giles - PulseClassification: 7Given his work in wildly progressive metal organization between the buried and Me, it is no great surprise that Thomas giles Rogers Jr (to give it its full title) has served up a dish of similarly eclectic delights for his debut only long duration. Sometimes, the daring talented multi-instrumentalist strays a little too close to his influences: most obviously Muse - but hypnotic focal points are voice without a doubt impeccable of Tommy and atmosphere full immersion, frequently another world that permeates every song. In fact, with its constantly precious delivery 'Pulse' is actually rather than remember the French electronic music Air pioneers. Go figure.

With two single beds in the blog: 2011 tour journal Atlantic: Liverpool and Cambridge

On the way to Liverpool he invented a new game called ' the pilot ', which sounds exactly like what it is. Basically, any car that goes through you into highway surveys the driver and his car and then have a guess on what could be his name. For example, maybe Rupert Dollabillz would be called a man driving a Jaguar and dress in a costume of expensive aspect or a man in a Corsa with a scar on his face would be perhaps known as Gaz punch. Another example would be a man in a Range Rover with loads of gold rings on their fingers - Doug Dealer. You get so in the game that you start to believe that it is possible to have really guess their names, right what is actually very worrying. If any of these names are right, then people in vehicles possibly has developed their lives around in their names, as it would be just too out there could be a coincidence.

image

So, Liverpooooooooooooool. It seems a bit of fear from the outside, but it is very good when you get to the Centre. A bit like Glasgow really. Or anywhere in the UK if you really think. Do we were playing in the 2 Academy o² which used to be 2 Carling Academy - changing times eh? Now people prefer text messages to drink beer who knows how a mixture of oxide and urine. When you think of it like that, seems like kind of progress - but I don't know, I think I'd rather have this rusty - like pee that everyone becoming robots who forget how to communicate among themselves. Anyway, we had played here a couple of times before supporting bands in the big room - but we we were leading the small room on the ground floor. But this means that we still have the dressing room big band, which, in terms of dressing, is like the penthouse suite. Changing rooms. It even has a vanity mirror, which is what you can learn to be in vain. It's really easy once you get the lock.

That diligence play tonight local opener was a band called Casino who were fantastic, great walls of guitar and drums of large. And Liverpool by also with a good accent. Stagecoach pulled that one again, their songs are very catchy too ignore - plus go nuts. Tonight the mandolin ended in the crowd, which seems to be an expensive element Chuck on - but again, not know much about the mandolin. Apart from the fact that Dad my friend Brendan plays one. He has a beard, and that seems to go hand in hand to play the mandolin. We played well, but there were a couple of research in whole. I could also drop a stick and type 'flown' vertically in the air, never be seen again. It would have been mightily impressive that it was meant at all. Good crowd, however, apart from someone who was throwing drill bit, due diligence. Clearly it must have been a mad Carpenter or store more in shape. Who was, were a bit of a prick.

image

The next day we had a day so we went to see the history of The Beatles in Liverpool docks. Did you know that the Beatles played the Cavern Club 292 times? Or that when they were in Berlin had to play for hours and a half day (six hours weekends)? You can learn all this and more in the history of The Beatles in Liverpool Docks only 12,95 £ for an adult. I'm hoping the Beatles could read this and maybe give me some free money for bigging up their Museum. Or at least a free pass to the next time I will. Itself - is by how well that one visit to The Beatles Story is not enough (hope these listening Paul / Starr.) (Do or perhaps you ghost of John and George?).

image

The next day we were playing in Cambridge, at a place called reapers. I say this venue, it was more like a pub. He was a pub. And type of waiting as if in an estate of housing - a renegade real place to put a place. But they are not doing any Hay on site — but I saw two suspicious men (perhaps homeless) have a fight/hug in the back of the seat. It wasn't the greatest start to a day. I have heard that Cambridge is really beautiful but we were a little far away from the Centre to see for ourselves. All I saw were two confused homeless trying to decide if they were friends or enemies. It was our last concert with the diligence which only made the first half of our tour earlier that towards Europe to support Angels & Airwaves. Sad moment had thoroughly enjoyed his company and watching them play every night. I am sure that our paths will cross new before too long, if not then it will organise a concert at my home for them playing in. I will pay them in CD I no longer have use for (first album Hits ' 97 and Spice Girls - although Hits ' 97 has a particularly enthusiastic success of the Backstreet Boys.) (Is like "Bohemian Rhapsody" for the pop generation) or money — your choice.

image

The concert was a good, was our first time playing Cambridge and there was a strong crowd. It was birthday of sister Ross Lucy, who had travelled down from Glasgow with some friends to the show. Lucy is, perhaps, the most large animal part on Earth - rumor has it that she can go without sleep for more than a month and she drinks Dirty instead or juice of orange in the morning - apparently gets you focused. After it ended was all hands on deck as just prior to stake learned that certain Member twin Atlantic (BARRY) had left her passport in Glasgow and were due to play the first European show with Angels & Airwaves the following night in Cologne, had to leave three hours to Scotland where had driven a very kind mother meet the passport issue.

It was a very poor final night. Can go to Germany in time? DUN dun duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun. DUN. Discover in the next installment.

Anhören: Kaizers Orchestra - "Violeta Violeta volume I"

Volume 1? How? Ah, there will be a trilogy. End of 2012 the three albums should have seemed complete. Day after tomorrow starts with volume 1. However, who released an album trilogy, which has also a history of Creative Commons, a story arc developed in three acts and makes possible only to the Gesamkunstwerk certainly or? Correct.

"This time are three characters at the heart." Father, mother and daughter Violeta. The father, it seems no longer live with eccentric mother and goes. The mother remains alone in the House and fills all buckets with their tears, until one day attracts her wedding dress and is a decision. "The Kaizers wrote 30 musical scenes Orchestra for this romantic tragedy enough for three albums that will publish the band until late next year." (via)

Album sounds initially still somewhat restrained, geschunkelt in the opener, the following song is a rather absurd rocker, but no later than the whistled 5th "en for Orgelet en for Meg" is clear: have one on the waffle this Norwegian.

Albumstream: Kaizers Orchestra - "Violeta Violeta Vol." "I"

Anhören: Yuck – “Howling Out”

I feel sometimes so slow for their sound. Shoegaze, driving guitar riffs, Jesus and Mary chain, My Bloody Valentine. That would so the vertices that go through my mind at first. The band is so long as the hot issue and found a label containing Fat Possum which has damn many great artists on offer could start this year. Sometimes have the potential to include.

The self-titled debut appears early February and than taste you can once again Watch the video to "Rubber" or you here the song "Houling Out" listen to (which here also as MP3's).

Reviews: Pastel-Salón of exposure or compassion

Cake - Showroom Of CompassionClassification: 6Still create unpretentious charm indie rock as they reach its 20th anniversary, it's veteran Californian cake of the first Studio album in more than six years. It has not lost the ability to craft of subtly attractive, idiosyncratic songs at that time. The languorous design his trumpet 'n' tunes infused keys, relaxed can make it difficult to commit fully to this album on first listen, but repetition works reveal some gems among the 11 tracks. While the likes of 'Mustache (Wasted) man', 'Winter' and only 'Sick Of You' immediately stand out as it highlights the weaker moments as linked Away are almost sedative

With two single beds in the blog: 2011 tour journal Atlantic: Durham and Sheffield

Have you awakened once and had a massive need to jump out the window? I would also really dangerous. But I imagine that if the thought cross your mind can happen in a Travelodge. Most of them have a real killer in series and suicide vibe them - I think it might have something to do with the fact that everything they wash towels in makes them smell like salt & vinegar soy. And nobody wants to dry themselves and then smell like a potato snack. However, once a Travelodge we were hosted in didn't have this seriously bad vibe - was really very nice. The lodge in question was Central York. Towels not smell of French fries. And bathroom not feel as if someone had taken his life in it. Or another person. Or both. As I said... it was very nice. Therefore, if you're listening Trevor l. Odge (the man who owns all Travelodges) take note of York Central - those guys have down.

image

Anyway, from York to Durham was. Durham is like Newcastle, but is not the same. Still say ' alreeeeeeeeeeeeet pet?', but it is different. We were playing a place called Durham Live Lounge, the name of which was booted from popular series a certain BBC live session radio station. Apart from the bit of Durham, they have every right to use that Word. In walking at the venue, felt kind of like a joke cruel - the room was massive - and we are not a massive band. At any given time that used to be one of the bars of walk themed Australian, and you know how big are because they have loads of space for the things get thrown on the barbie and all Sheila in Sheila fights. The scenery was really high too, so have looked even more ridiculous it. Like ants with even smaller instruments Ant. Antsruments?

image

The concert result to be good however, for these reasons:

An improvised song called backstage breakout 'Cannot eat a cupcake (without losing your mind)' was unleashed raise spirits and inspire all of us to dance so that it can only be described as aggressive and overly sexual.

When playing the diligence, Tom (the player's Mandolin inspired Bjorn Borg) rose in a pile of PA precariously balanced, but fortunately not fall to his death from the massive stage. It was another good thing, that would have remained with me forever.

The room may not have been complete, but the people in the room did seem that way when we played - the crowd was amazing.

Thus, the success in the eyes of crush the failure of the cadena-pub. It was a success as a member of the Twin Atlantic broke a full bottle of wine in front of the seat on his way in the form of celebration. Apparently innocently retired from his hands, but I know it was thrown to the ground as a way of saying ' DURHAM thanks '.

I should also mention that after the post-York T-submit triumph we were brought back to reality with the crushing failure was Scotch corner Travelodge that night. Heavy suicide vibe and hot water. The two things go hand in hand I guess. I think that cold water showers are there along with being raped by a pack of angry bear or be forced to naked slide towards down a banister made of sandpaper on my list of things not enjoy occurs.

image

By the morning after some action of large cold shower, we went to Sheffield - home to the Arctic Monkeys and Sheffield Wednesday. Mainly, that play on the weekend. Very confusing. I have heard that if Sheffield Wednesday play a Wednesday a magical portal opens in Hillsborough center circle if they win. All fans in the game, can enter it then granted a wish by a genius. This is all true, I do not they compose. We were playing at the University, which was pretty dead because it was a Saturday - if it was really a funny say it must have been at home watching countdown omnibus. Fortunately, I am a master of wit and instead you can highlight this as a statement that a less clever person can have said. If you wish, you can call me 'The Wizard of Wit'. Anyway, we played Sheffield sometimes but I just known something about the city... until I learned of this little nugget - 92% of Sheffield University graduates find employment. Therefore, come to Sheffield Uni and most likely it is you will find employment. However, if you fall into that other 8% prepare to be marked as a failure by their peers and family members. Something I would have learned also about Sheffield is that everybody wears glasses - this is exclusively based on the 5 people working at the venue that day everyone wore them. This may have had something to do with the high graduate employment worldwide know that glasses = intelligence. Is everyone staring books innit?

image

Our label had come to see the show so we brought an Italian restaurant before we played where I got a tiny bruschetta which cost much more than what is essentially a piece of toast with tomato above should cost. I was too afraid to eat more as I have this totally rational fear of vomiting all over the world during a concert. Imagine how bad would be if that happened? Usually I have a 2 hour "nothing by mouth" rule of play, but broke me my own rule for half an hour tonight perhaps, that is why during John Wayne just completely forgot to play the second verse. Not even as an ' agency, lost a pace there '-really sat blankly asking the rest of them still were playing. Without problems again in mid-toolbar though - without problems. Apart from this mishap (colossal mistake) the concert was awesome, great reception and by far the best concert we played in Sheffield. The crowds this tour have really blown us away, not literally of course - although that would have been impressive. Blow I don't want to say anything sexual - Assistant wit not to resort to blue humor. I leave to Bernard Manning. And he is dead.

Next stop? Peace - home to a great accent and also a few indie were called the Beatniks or something. Stay in touch for more of my talk shifts wrong.
